Using a word referring to billions of people when you want to dismiss them is not targeting the people in power. It is a generalization that encourages the stereotypes we Jews have long had that non-Jews are less worthy or smart. See: goyischecop. (I have never studied Yiddish, so I apologize for what is likely a terrible transliteration.)

i have no reason to trust non-jews until they prove themselves trustworthy. i think that is fair, and i extend it to every minority.
